Place an order via Internet or e-mail, although I do not know the company at all ...
Certainly, it is a matter of trust, no question, and trust is usually built up over time, but we have to start to create it.

Well, we have been working in the national market since 1992 and started exporting to Europe in 2008. We have more than 3,500 different products in the assortment and supply customers in Germany, France, Austria, Holland, Ireland, England, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia and Cyprus.

This growth means time and a lot of work and is certainly the best confirmation that we are looking for satisfied, long-term customers and do our best to ensure that this is the case.

 

I would not like to sign up, but I would have liked the prices ...
Just send us an email asking you for access data, and after checking that it is a company, we will send you temporary code.

 

It will surely last an eternity until the goods arrive with me ...
We process the orders as soon as possible. Usually we need about 2 days to get the goods from the headquarters. Then we send the order by e-mail to you and if you send us the payment proof, the goods can also be forwarded to the forwarding company.

The forwarding company takes about 4 to 10 days to deliver the goods to you, depending the Country.

 

Surely I have to order a large quantity ...
No, you do not need. Our minimum order quantity is 150 Kg. And approx. 600 € value of goods. This is mainly because we can pack the goods on a small "half" pallet and the goods arrive in good condition with you.

 

Maybe there will be more costs later ...
Food do not incur any additional costs than those for the product and transport.

The only costs that can be incurred are excise duty for wine, sparkling wine, sherry, moscatel, etc. depending the Country. However, since you need permission from the Customs Office to buy this products, we would discuss this before processing.

 

I would like to see what it would cost me ....
You can check it easily yourself - without any cost or obligation. If you create a favorite list and than send the products from the favorite list to the cart - you will authomatically an approximated amount. To creat your Favoritelist you only have to login and select the heart which appears in every product.

 

Frozen Products
Orders whith frozen products have to be prepared and delivered completely separated from the other products. If you order hams, cheese, preserves, rice and frozen products for example, we will separet this in 2 different orders and manage them completely separated.

 

I would like to try the goods before. Can I get samples?
We can not send samples free of charge. However, we will gladly find a way to prepare a small one-time sample for you, with single units. Including transport costs. And if you place an order afterwards, you are always welcome to add new products in single unit to try before you take a full carton on the next order.
